We ship to the United States. Ship time: orders ship within 1 business day. Delivery: usually 6 to 10 business days after shipping. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Shipping cost: shipping is free. Lost in transit: if your package never arrives, we send a new one at no cost. Priority processing: if you add it in your cart, we place your order with our warehouse first, 7 days a week. Shipping Guarantee: if you add it in your cart and tracking shows your package delivered but it is not there, email our support email your order number within 7 days and we send a new one at no cost. Packages lost in transit or damaged are covered for every order, with or without it. Delays: if your order cannot ship in the time stated, we email you a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund. If you cancel, we refund you within 7 business days.
