Returns & Refunds

You have 60 days from delivery to return your order. We refund the full price of your trainers. How to return: email our support email with your order number. We reply with the return address and the steps. Please send the trainer back with all its parts. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return. Damaged or wrong item: write to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
